Sessions may focus on finding calm in the middle of constant demands, exploring cultural identity and family patterns, building confidence during life or career transitions, or learning practical tools for resilience and emotional balance.

Couples Psychotherapy
$225 for 50-minute session
$325 for 80-minute session

Support for couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate cultural or lifestyle differences with empathy and respect. Sessions may focus on communication and emotional connection, conflict resolution and repair, relationship growth.​

Group Therapy
For individuals seeking community support. Group therapy offers a space to be seen, supported, and reminded that we don’t have to carry our struggles alone. Group therapy programs can range from a variety of topics and theme, ranging from emotional regulation, to managing stress, to healing from trauma.
