Therapy for Anxiety, Burnout, Relationships & Life Transitions in Ontario
For high-functioning, self-aware adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected - even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
You don’t have to keep pushing through. Therapy can help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create meaningful, lasting change.
“Does this feel like you?”
You’re capable, thoughtful, and self-aware… but something still feels off.
You might notice anxiety that’s hard to turn off, even when you understand it → explore anxiety therapy
Or a kind of burnout that runs deeper than just needing rest → learn more about burnout support
Or you find yourself stuck in familiar patterns in relationships → relationship-focused therapy
You might be moving through a life transition — something shifting, ending, or beginning — and feeling uncertain or not quite like yourself → support for life transitions
Maybe it’s hard to slow down or feel at ease in your body → learn about somatic (body-based) therapy
You may have even tried therapy before, but something didn’t quite click.
If this resonates, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.

A grounded, collaborative approach
As the eldest child of Vietnamese refugee parents, I learned early about resilience, responsibility, and attuning to others—lessons that continue to shape how I show up in this work. My path has moved through corporate, nonprofit, and education spaces before leading me here as a therapist, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator, each chapter deepening my understanding of what it means to be human. I offer a space where you don’t have to filter, perform, or translate your experience—where your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations are all welcome.
My approach is holistic and relational, grounded in the understanding that your mental health is connected to your body, nervous system, relationships, culture, and sense of self. Together, we might gently explore your experience through somatic awareness and mindfulness, while weaving in approaches like attachment-focused therapy, emotion-focused work, parts work, or narrative therapy—always guided by what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
Our work together is gentle, intentional, and paced in a way that feels safe for your system. Together, we will:
-
Slow down and notice what’s happening beneath the surface
-
Build awareness of your nervous system patterns
-
Explore the parts of you that feel stuck, protective, or overwhelmed
-
Create space for new ways of relating to yourself
This is not about quick fixes — but about meaningful, sustainable change.
Training & Approach
The way I work is shaped by both formal education and the ongoing, lived learning that comes from being in relationship—with people, with the body, and with the complexity of being human. My training is rooted in somatic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches, which means we’ll gently explore how your experiences are held, felt, and understood in your system.

About You
Therapy for people who are used to holding it all together
I help clients with:
-
Anxiety & chronic overthinking
-
Burnout & high-functioning stress
-
Relationship patterns & emotional disconnection
-
Life transitions & identity shifts
-
Perfectionism & self-criticism
You might be the one others rely on. The one who’s “doing well” on paper. But internally, it feels different:
-
tense
-
overwhelmed
-
disconnected
-
tired of carrying it all alone
Therapy here isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come back into relationship with yourself.
